Formerly the General Manager of the award-winning Zaya Nurai Island, Adib played a crucial role in establishing the resort as Abu Dhabi’s most celebrated private island destination, optimizing operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Since joining 2016, Adib has applied his expertise to elevate operational efficiency across all areas, blending innovative strategy with meticulous attention to detail. His prior experience includes leadership at the Hotel President Wilson, a Starwood Luxury Collection property in Geneva, where he consistently drove revenue growth of €10 million annually. Adib’s operational acumen and dedication to excellence continue to shape Zaya’s reputation for delivering unparalleled guest experiences and operational sustainability.

As the head of Zaya’s sales department, Gus leads with strategic vision, ensuring the successful execution of innovative sales strategies that consistently exceed targets and redefining industry standards. His leadership in the sales efforts at Zaya demonstrate his ability to drive rapid growth through exceptional team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of aligning performance with organizational goals.
